The location here is great, with spacious rooms that come equipped with shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets included.

The only thing we like was that it was a good location close to 45..

Did not like that when we checked in they gave us a card to a room that was occupied already and thankfully no-one was in room when we opened the door. The room we finally got was nasty, stinky and holes in the walls and was scared to death to walk on the disguisting carpet.The door to the room had a big gap in it and did not shut tightly at all. No coffe maker or any compliments in the room.Trash cans outside were overflowing with garbage.Free breakfast? Nothing left when we got up there and it was early!

The gunshots around midnight made life interesting.

No complaints whatsoever, I really enjoyed the stay and would book again. The stay at this wonderful hotel was a great one. The food was fresh with a wide range of choice! The personnel was extremely great, doing their best to assist.

the location was marvelous and convenient, a short walk to the airport and rental car services. We stopped by La Tapatia Mexican Cafe for coffee and treats, it was just a short walk away from the hotel.

I didn't have a toilet paper in room, shuttle to aiport started from 6 a.m., but I had a plane at 6.15. So I had to used taxi

We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this hip new hotel. the breakfast was free with a wide array of food! 3. the location was efficient and great - close to shopping and Hobby airport.

We were kept awake most of the night by people above us fighting, was very unpleasant stay

Staff were friendly

When I arrived to my room it smelled horrible,covers and sheets had cigarette burns and I didnt feel safe in the room I was put in.

One of the staff(George)has excellent customer service skills. The others were rude and sullen. The phone in my room did not work, no hair dryer and no iron. I had to ask for an iron at the office, and it was old and never got hot. I had to wear wrinkled clothes for five days. There were occasional roaches crawling about and the carpet was stained. All in all I will never stay there again, even if it is cheap.
